At Pawfect Find Pet Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as pet grooming tools, feeders, or medication-related products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 84 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
